The Romany 16 LV (low volume) is designed for smaller paddlers. The hull design of this boat is identical to that of the Romany, but it has a lower deck (10” at the front of the cockpit), smaller cockpit, and shorter front bulkhead (32” from the front edge of seat). Romany LV is designed for an optimum paddler weight under 150 lbs. The Romany LV has all of the advantages of the Romany, just made to fit smaller, lighter paddlers. It is also an ideal kayak for teenagers who want a boat that will fit them and and still provide full performance.
